Services Operations Manager, Client Services

Smith Technologies is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Services Operations Manager to strategically plan for and offer insight to our client engagement programs. 

What You Will Be Doing:

As a cross-functional collaboration expert, the Business Operations Manager will work across stakeholder groups to:

  • Forecasting workload, people and budget for growing department of 100+ staff.
  • Measuring and predicting client satisfaction.
  • Diagnosing, improving and designing process systems.
  • Identifying key client and business outcomes desired and necessary measures.
  • Surfacing critical business questions and providing data-driven insights.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Strong forecasting and modeling background using common statistical methods.
  • Analytical mindset coupled with the ability to track data trends.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and solutions ideation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the English language.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.

Ability To:

  • Improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
  • Participate with the leadership team to formulate the strategic direction and tactics of the organization.
  • Achieve goals, objectives, and strategies set for self and staff using metrics consistent with the company’s overall strategic and operational objectives.
  • Resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate complex issues in simplified, actionable manner.

What Education You’ll Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business intelligence, mathematics and/or statistics. 

What Experience Would be Beneficial:

  • 3 – 5 years success in related roles.
  • Data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Business Process Re-engineering.
  • ITIL & ITSM.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CBIP, ITILv4, 6σ).
