Works directly with the Senior Financial Analyst and VP of Finance to provide analytics and assistance for profitability reporting, data analysis, financial forecasting, budgeting, and other financial and accounting related tasks.
Through performance of these duties, the successful candidate will aid in improving business profitability, transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
This is a mid to entry-level position. Looking for a motivated and capable individual, who learns quickly!
Work with management to provide business support in the form of financial and data analysis and reporting.
Assist in preparation and input of financial plans to meet the needs of product-line and department managers.
Track financial performance of various product lines, business units and operating segments.
Interpret large amounts of data and provide summaries to management.
Perform budget versus actual analysis, identify variances and provide documentation of causes. Give presentations as needed to report results of findings.
Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines.
Perform scenario analysis (i.e., what-if, sensitivity, pro forma and ad-hoc reporting, etc.) to determine future financial outcomes given different situations.

What Education and Experience You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
Proficient in MS-Office with excellent command of Excel.
