Application Support Specialist

A look at what you will be doing:

The Application Support Specialist provides support to customers, answering questions on functionality and technical aspects of the product via the telephone and Internet; conveying customer feedback to the product development team. This position serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, in a highly team-oriented environment. We are looking for support analysts to strengthen our technical team.

  • Ensure client loyalty by providing the industry’s best client services experience  
  • Develop a deep understanding of our suite of software products 
  • Manage clients’ expectations via phone, email or other channels 
  • Create, review and curate knowledge articles 
  • Work with software development to enhance and fix software related issues

What experience would make you successful:

  • 5 – 7 years of superior performance in client-facing, technical support roles 
  • 5 – 7 years of proven mastery supporting software 
  • 2 – 5 years of proven mastery of the software diagnostic process
  • Client relationship and conflict management in critical, high-pressure situations 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. SQL MCSE, MCSA Windows Server or CCNP) 
  • Familiarity with common programming languages 

What Education You'll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required

Experience that would be beneficial:

  • Programming Experience.
  • Experience working with a technology or healthcare company preferred.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Prior Business to Business technical support
