Inside Sales Representative

You will bring your unique strengths and energy to work each day as an Inside Sales Representative.  Our applications serve millions of people in life-saving ways and you can be a part of that mission. You will be responsible for driving new sales with our current customer base as well as specifically assigned competitor pharmacies. You will develop positive client relationships with any pharmacies that are assigned to that person by sales leadership, qualify a pharmacy’s interest and need in utilizing our services and forward those qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Representatives. Ideally, you would work directly with supporting a team of 2 Sales Reps.

A look at what you will be doing:

  • Take ownership of building market share data that can be used by the sales team and sales leadership.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to assist in closing new business and assisting outside sales with issue resolution.
  • Communicate with the Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) any issues that are brought to that person’s attention when contacting current customers or in working with outside sales representatives.
  • Accurately document sales activity in CRM.
  • Successfully complete all assigned tasks.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

What experience would make you successful:

  • Healthcare/Pharmacy/Long-Term Care (LTC) B2B sales experience.
  • SaaS (Software as a Service) experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (Dynamics, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous CRM experience.
  • Prior Inside Sales experience – minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (customer sites, tradeshows, etc.)

What Education You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.

What Experience Would be Beneficial:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Bi-Lingual, Spanish preferred.
