Client Services Advocate

As a critical care account manager, you will optimize the client experience from on-boarding to retention to growth. You will be maintaining post-sales contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationships. You will be empowered to do what is right for the customer to attain success and create loyalty.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensure client business success through productive, effortless use of our software and guiding corrective actions when necessary.
  • Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.
  • Promote client satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each business’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value and exceeding expectations.
  • Identify clients with extraordinary needs, coordinate a team to enumerate needs and build action plans, and manage plans to successful outcomes in steady state.
  • Improve and advocate for customer experience by collaborating cross-functionally with Product & Engineering teams to actualize requests.

What Experience You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
  • 1 – 3 years of project management.
  • Influence management across organizational boundaries.
  • Stellar customer relationship and conflict management.

What Education You'll Need to Have:

Associates degree in computer science, business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field desired or equivalent experience.

What Experience Would Be Beneficial:

  • Practical pharmacy software experience, specifically with SmithTech brands.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
